The role of the Human Resource management Team is suggests
     to the management team how to strategically manage people as
     business resources including managing, recruiting
     and hiring employees, coordinating
     employee benefits, and suggesting

HR is important to a organization because they have the skills and they are expertise necessary to negotiate group benefit packages for employees, within the organization's budget and consistent with economic conditions and also they also are familiar with employee benefits most likely to attract and retain workers. HR development is extremely important because
     organizations recognize that any value added to an employee is value added
     to     the organization andemployees
     are eager for the opportunities to develop their skills and add
